Once client has validated the recruitment process, our HR management finalizes each labor contract. Issues such as confidentiality, non-compete clauses, indemnities in case of lay-off, indemnities in case of resignation after training, and all standard labor issues will be discussed with client. Any and all contracts will follow the guidelines set forh by local Law.
